What does the onboarding fee cover?
The one-time onboarding fee covers environment setup, knowledge base structuring, channel configuration, identity policy setup, Nexy Companion configuration, and a guided launch session with your team. It ensures your platform is production-ready from day one — not just installed.
Are WhatsApp Business API costs really included?
Yes — all three plans include WhatsApp Business API message costs within the campaign and message limits for your tier. There are no surprise per-message charges on top of your subscription. If you exceed your monthly message limit, additional messages can be purchased as a block.
How do conversation overage charges work?
Orbit is capped at 3,000 conversations per month; Orbit Pro at 10,000. Orbit Command has no cap. If you exceed your monthly limit, overage is billed at +$25 per 1,000 conversations (Orbit) or +$20 per 1,000 (Orbit Pro). Overage is charged at the end of each billing month. You can upgrade at any time to avoid overage.
What's the difference between a Playbook and a Persona?
A Persona is Nexy's identity configuration — name, tone, role, and communication style. A Playbook is the structured conversation strategy that guides how Nexy advances a visitor through the 11-stage journey. One Playbook can use multiple Personas, and different channels or categories can run different Playbooks.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a complete visitor session — from first message to close, regardless of the number of exchanges within it. WhatsApp outreach messages are counted separately against your outreach message limit, not your conversation quota. Agentic background tasks do not count toward either limit.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes — upgrades are prorated to your remaining annual term. Your knowledge base, conversations, Nexy configuration, WhatsApp campaigns, and all settings carry over without migration work. Upgrades typically activate within one business day.
Is there a proof-of-concept period?
